Friday, October 24th | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Temple Space | Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary

Join us for a heart-centered morning in the cloud forest, guided by our special guest Kiana with Kiki and Naia Hawai’i, in the sacred Hawaiian art of lei poʻo making, the traditional Hawai’ian craft of weaving a flower and plant crown for the head.

Together, we’ll begin by connecting with the land, mindfully harvesting ferns, flowers, and natural elements from the forest using respectful gathering practices. Surrounded by the sounds and scents of the forest, you’ll learn to weave and design your very own lei poʻo, reflecting a unique expression of the beauty of nature and your connection to it.

As you craft, Kiana will share the deeper Hawaiian wisdom behind this sacred ritual, a practice of gratitude, intention, and celebration.

All materials and pruning shears will be provided.
This workshop will be held in our open-air Temple Space, surrounded by the serenity of the cloud forest.
